Hi.. You really have a nice program (pati website). I am very much interested with your program and services.
We are organizaing a cooperative in Guimaras as part of the rehabilitation of the infamous oil spill disaster.
Right now, we are developing a 15 ha. land portion of it already planted with vegetables and we're starting with our agro-forest project - a combination of fruits, forests and fuelwood trees. Sibukaw for fuelwood is endemic in Guimaras and usually used for charcoal making. Also learned that the tree is a source of natural dye because of its beautiful color - pink violet and combination etc. which is very expensive in Europe.
We are trying to make our area a model for sustainable development initiatives and/or approtech.
Hope we can partner in the near future.
